SK returns Cameron Racke at QB it will be his 3rd year as the starting qb he is 4 rushing tds from joining the 30/30 club and will probably join the 40/40 club. In case you don't know what that is it is 30 rushing tds and 30 passing tds. This is how SK will look next year.

FS had 6 seniors and 2 juniors start for the cats at the beginning of the season that did not dress in the regional championship game. This gave sophomores and a couple of freshman some valuable experience through out the season. I believe they'll return 7 starters on O and 8 on D.

FS will scrape up something.

I can only speak for LexCath. QB Legend Braumbaugh and Kurt Fagot, 3 of 5 starting O-Line, 2 of 6 D-line rotation, but their strongest returners will be in the LB and strong safety. LB Pedroche, Foster, Sharp and Lauterbach. Strong safety Jack Fagot. Make a note of this... RB will be excellent next season. Damien Jones and Demarco Fishback and WR in Bennington, Hodges, Bughanani and a freshman this season but will be an impact next year, AJ King.

 

Did not know that the Knights had that many guys returning on D. I thought the cupboard would be pretty bare next year on defense. I knew the offense would be reloading in the backfield and at receiver. Good to know the D will still be in good hands with veterans back in the secondary.

All I can say is Coach Smith is still at south as long as he is there they will be on top every year !

Spin he is very good coach, but truth be told he has the best TALENT too. Talent makes coaches look real good and South has athletes.

Boyle County's roster for this year:

Sr = 19

So = 23

8th = A bunch

A strong chance youth will rule the day for the Rebels next year. But strong numbers coming up through the ranks.

Tot = 94 (20% of Boys)

Warren Central graduated roughly half of their team (18 seniors out of 35 fostered). The 3-8 record this year looked bad, but they were quite competitive in several of those losses. Next year, they won't be that fortunate. I would say with certainty they won't beat any of the teams they lost to this time, so they'll have to try to hold on to what they did win. Things are fluid and hopefully I'm wrong, but right now I think they'll have a real chance of being 0-10.

Lexington Christian skill players returning look pretty formidable....most are Sophomores including RB Wheatley, who's a big, strong north and south kind of young man. Receivers return as well except for the tight end. QBs are both Sophs as well. Well coached team that surprised me with a little bit of a late season swoon. Liked what I saw early on with this bunch.

No the spin is that the South Warren will drop dramatically next year when the 19 seniors leave the stop is as long as Smith's there they will be on top
