Next year

Featured Replies

I know for most of us our teams are done for the season so I was wondering what everybody is thinking about their teams for next year. Does your team have a lot of JRs returning? Does your team have some great talent coming up? Is the talent going to be there for your team?

Im sure somebody will post SK running the table and wining the 6a title.

Boyle County's roster for this year:

Sr = 19

Jr = 11

So = 23

Fr = 27

8th = A bunch

A strong chance youth will rule the day for the Rebels next year. But strong numbers coming up through the ranks.

Covington Holy Cross has a LOT of juniors.

Belfry and Corbin both return the farm in 3A.

Belfry returns 18 starters off the team playing for the 3A Championship and Corbin returns 17 starters from their Semi-Finals team.

LCA is a team in 2A who returns a ton next year. The gap between them and the rest of the class was pretty broad though.

I can only speak for LexCath. QB Legend Braumbaugh and Kurt Fagot, 3 of 5 starting O-Line, 2 of 6 D-line rotation, but their strongest returners will be in the LB and strong safety. LB Pedroche, Foster, Sharp and Lauterbach. Strong safety Jack Fagot. Make a note of this... RB will be excellent next season. Damien Jones and Demarco Fishback and WR in Bennington, Hodges, Bughanani and a freshman this season but will be an impact next year, AJ King.

LCA..enough said.

Why is everybody saying Danville will be good next year? They lose 9 on defense, all their skill but one. Might be rebuilding time again in Title Town!

LCA..enough said.

Cardinals might have a decent team, don't count us out! ;)

Well, I didn't want the HYPE for next year to start today, we other things on our mind, business to tend to. :)

Only fools and misinformed would. :)

Franklin-Simpson graduates 10 Seniors. 100% College and/or Career ready.

Those left will do their best to compete with the mighty Spartans.

Russellville returns 16 juniors. Lose 6 seniors, three off the line. If they can find a way to replace them, watch out beechwood...

Purples lose some key spots on Defense. Defensive staff always comes through for us.

Offense for Purples should be lights out. Skills, including QB and most of line is back. I would think that Purples running back, Jamele Caruthers, could/should be one of the leading candidates for Mr. Football.

Future looks really good in Purple Land.
