The Cincy casino will no longer be named the Horseshoe and Caesars will have nothing to do with the casino within the next 6 months. They filed for partial bankruptcy protection or something like that and they dropped the 2 Ohio casinos as part of that.

B) I'd hardly call this the first (or 12th) example of THE Ohio State University exhibiting narcissistic behavior.

I probably wouldn't pursue it but have no problem with OSU. I doubt very much if they're really competing with each other but these things are often pursued just to put it out there in case other businesses are of a mind to use the trademark.
