To be fair that 3A Team has been on a different level than South Warren the past two years when SW was in the same class.

 

Let's skip over the fact that SW was a 3A team until this season and never reached the State Finals despite entering the playoffs as heralded as they are this year in 2015.

Why do you think so? While it's true there's no traditional power, I think the fact that there are several darkhorses with at least a puncher's chance is what makes it more interesting.

While it will be exciting for each of those fan bases, I don't think many outside of that will show much interest in class 4A this year. That's just my opinion...but it doesn't matter because in 5 weeks one of them will be State Champ just like the other 5 classes.

I guess I see it differently. I just think it's more fun to see some new names involved. But, I see your point.....maybe.

Considering South Warren is in Bowling Green, the host City for State, I ASSURE you will see more interests/fans at this game moreso than many of the others.... Nice try though! Lol!

Mercer Co. could play spoiler in the playoffs.

 

Coach Buchanan has this team peaking at the right moment. Granted they rolled through a weak district. The district they are paired against in the region isn't all that tough either. If they beat Knox Central in the second round, you could see them in the regional final. They have the ability to reach the semi's.
