October 20, 201510 yr I think Gregg Marshall is waiting it out for the Ky job myself. Why not sign a new Extended Contract and secure your money with Ky being just about the only one who could hire him away from there. Just my 2 Cents!

October 20, 201510 yr You guys are on to something with Pearl. I believe he honestly loves KY and the fan base. He'd sell his first born to coach at UK but UL would be an acceptable back up plan. Not sure if the stigma of UT has lessened enough for a school in trouble to hire a coach with a history of trouble.

You can't get in trouble with the NCAA and hire Bruce Pearl as an encore. Might as well hire Kelvin Sampson. If this does result in the end of Pitino, the replacement's going to be squeaky clean in the NCAA's eyes.
