Huge win for the Mustangs!

Congratulations to Brossart on winning and extending the win streak on the season.

Way to go Mustangs!!!!

Better than I thought they really were.

This is the feel good story of the year. Maybe of the decade. From talk of disbanding the program due to lack of participation to an undefeated start six weeks into the season. Amazing.

I'm on the Mustang bandwagon.

No doubt.

Congrats Mustangs! So happy for those boys and the program!

1st Quarter all Ludlow, but the Mustangs really toughened up and owned the rest of the game. Ludlow running backs are very quick and have good vision, but the adjustments made by the Mustangs really did a nice job of containing them in the last 3 quarters.

On a side note, the Ludlow students did a fantastic job with their floats. I have attended 3 homecoming games and the floats created by Ludlow students were tops in NKY. All had moving parts of some sort.

Great win for Brossart

How many teams in the state remain unbeaten?

Honestly I feared for this one. The Panthers had drilled Newport and Gallatin Co who we scrimmaged even up.

Early on it looked like my worse fears were about to be realized. Down 13-0 and no running game to speak of, we turned it around scored 19 unanswered and won our 6th game of the season.

Each game - Dayton, Aiken, Bellevue, Nicholas County, and Ludlow have been larger challenges each week for our guys. I couldn't be prouder of them, and happier for Coach Wiggins and his staff!

Is six wins a high water mark for the Stangs?
