They may be located 70 miles south of the county, but the Spartans have proven themselves kings of Hardin County over the last year. Last year they crushed Elizabethtown 38-7, and this year they opened with a resounding statement win of 43-12 over John Hardin, and last week polished off 6A power Central Hardin 24-3. Now, they get Trojans of North Hardin, the first matchup ever between these two teams. North Hardin has already lost to John Hardin, and would seem to have little chance here, even at home. Thoughts?

South Warren defense and special teams will be too much for N Hardin.

SW by 14

SW by a lot.

SW is still the team to beat in the 4A.

SW by as many as they want. It will be a running clock before halftime. Would guess that SW starters won't see any action in the 2nd half so that will slow their scoring. I'm saying 44-7 SW. North scores 7 late on the SW JV defense.

South Warren's QB Litten is doubtful for this game, and with Franklin-Simpson the following week (a big district game), my guess is he won't play. That's not enough for North Hardin to win, but it does change a lot for South.

What bout the other players who were injured?

North Hardin may never cross the 50.

OUCH, South Warren hangs 50+ on North Hardin. North Hardin is undersized on the defensive line.

You don't think NH can score?

QB Rider Litten out

Backup Soph. QB Cody Eblen out

DL Jacob Lacy Out

Doubtful RB Kayron Namvong

Doubtful WR/return man Bryan Cummings

Will this change things for South.

I don't think so but I think it may make it a lot closer if all are true.

Buckner will play has broken finger

South will win big even with the guys out. Their defense is totally awesome.
