A ton of rushing the football tonight. Kendall looked very good and Hergott also ran a bunch.Jr Grant Murray broke off a long run leaving defenders in the dust.

 

Highlands is going to look more Andrew Luck - Stanford than Oregon of the past few years.

Highlands has a problem lately of hearing their own press over the summer. I guess 7 out of 8 doesn't help. Anyways let me say this if Highlands play Cooper, Dixie, SK, etc last year they would have lost and almost/maybe should have been beaten by CC last year. Not sure why they take until week 2 to get things going lately but they do.

Wow! Is this how you handle attention? Yes, when you're good, other fans browse your update threads and make comments! And I was asking about Cooper. The only reference I made to HHS was in reference to how bad they started again which looked like they were going to have a similar result to the previous week, creating even more questions to if Cooper was good or HHS was just bad. People asked the same thing all week and at the start of both games, it sure seemed like the questions were warranted. People will take notice. I don't think I've even glanced at a Cooper update thread since they played in the finals. Now I do. That's a good thing when people take notice. But when you're on top, you also get questions. Again, thicken the skin and deal with the attention. I had NOTHING but compliments for Cooper and their fans last week. Look it up. It wasn't hijacking the thread. It was asking the question that everyone else was thinking. Sorry that bothered the entire fan base!

Kendall 14 carries 118 yards 2 tds. Hergott 97 yards rushing 1 td and passed for 111 yards 1 td.

Nice rebound for the Birds. Hergott and crew needed that game. They will continue to gel and get betters. Birds played it a little too careful at first i thought. I would have gone for it on 4th & one on the first drive. Sounded like Plessinger played tough too, theyre just not built to come back after getting down, ground & pound. The camels need to put Grey at QB and move Plessinger back to RB. Get all the talent on the field.
