2A Holy Cross was 1-10 last year and beat 4A Holmes 24-20 last night to begin their season 1-0.

Watched the highlights of that game on News 5. Looked like a classic rivalry game.

Congrats to all of those teams. Now its time to make it two wins in a row.

Not sure of Brossart's record last season but looks like they are off to a great start with a shutout against Dayton last night!

Forgetting Somerset was a combination brain fart and me just not knowing HS football very well.

brossart was 1-8 last year, including a loss told dayton.

Last night they beat dayton 35 to 0.

This was the list going into last night's games. Five teams (bolded) in the top ten broke their streaks last night. Hopefully the rest of these guys can get their first win soon.
