I don't disagree the Union should show him support, however....

You don't see it as poor form to do that on the 1-year anniversary of the shooting? Come on.

Im not saying i would have done the same thing.

I just don't see it as a big deal

I agree doing it on that day would spark unneeded anger.

How so ?

Your entire argument is a textbook example. "You're either with us or against us" or "You're either part of the problem or either part of the solution."

I'm not saying these bad apples shouldn't be outed or shouldn't be held accountable, but you're attempting to simplify a pretty volatile environment and situation.

I never used any of those terms. I simply used a legal definition of complicit.

I never said " us". I simply was making a case to help themselves.

It's basic logic to understand police need community help to police the community. I even stated part of it falls on the police to build the trust. But it also lies with community to help them.

It could be a chicken and the egg argument. Who needs to extend the olive branch further first. But I think both sides the police and the protestors showed immature behavior this weekend.

To extend it further you have people asking for change but not showing the ability themselves to help the change. In what form of logic does that make sense ?

How are things suppose to change if they aren't willing to help in the change ? It's their right to remain silent . But then don't complain when the violence continues.

How will things ever change if he blacks there won't accept the truth. Even Obama had his own personal Attorney General go investigate and found the cop not guilty.

Even so, they proved the guy with Brown lied to begin the whole mess.

What more is expected. Obama tried like heck to find the cops in he wrong and couldn't

Only till they learn to accept the truth and handle it, will peace begin.

Why don't they protest something more meaningful instead of a thieving potential cop killer

You are guilty of exactly what we often say about people who do not trust the police.

Do not generalize.

A state of emergency has been called.

Obviously more than a few don't believe the truth.

If the right people don't want a protest then it wouldn't happen.

Come on. You are making a gross generalization.

Black Lives Matter protested Bernie Sanders twice and got him to come up with a policy on handling police brutality and they got flack for that also.

He has a point though.

Has there ever been a protest held against protesters?, might be kinda fun to watch
