tcjkbt
Interesting legal case. If the shooter can get a jury made up of BGP'ers, sounds like he'd walk.

The prosecution has all the advantages and you will be instructed to put personal feelings aside blah blah blah...

The prosecution has all the advantages and you will be instructed to put personal feelings aside blah blah blah... I'm voting to convict, but not at First Degree. It wasn't "extreme indifference to human life". Dude discharged a shotgun into the air in the middle of the suburbs. I'd probably vote for second degree: Class A Misdemeanor in KY. That said, I've got some choice words for the dude flying a drone over someone else's backyard... I've got some real choice words if I have a 16-year-old daughter in the pool back there... "Not Guilty" would be ultra choice words.

doomer
I would hope the accidental discharge of my shotgun wouldn't impact the drone hovering over my property. :thumb:
CincySportsFan
Trying to think outside of the box...how about a water cannon, er...I mean lawn sprinkler. Surely you can't get in trouble if someone just happened to fly their drone thru the area where you were watering your lawn, can you?
spindoc
If the things didn't cost so much, I would fly one over your house just to test your accuracy with a gun and to mess with you some. Tape a mallard head on it and it's money.

You will definitely need to come up with a better plan. :idunno:
