July 28, 201511 yr Ok I just got married and the wife and I are trying to decide where to bank. I currently bank at US Bank and the wife is at BB&T. So I'm looking for suggestions.
July 28, 201511 yr US Bank is where I do most of mine, though I also have an account at PNC as well. Both solid choices. I would refrain from Chase.
July 28, 201511 yr US Bank is the way to go. Been with them my entire life, and never had any issues. Any time something has come up they've been more than helpful in quickly and satisfactorily resolving it.
July 28, 201511 yr Pretty much do everything in NKy, so Heritage works for me. Don't know exact number, but I'd say they've got 15-20 branches in that area, so always seems like there's one close to me if I need it.

July 28, 201511 yr I use Farmer's National and Community Trust. I had all kinds of trouble at US Bank (but that might have been a local branch issue more than anything).
