November 9, 201510 yr Deanna shook the gates in frustration/taunting them, then we see a bullet hole or crack where a smashed walkers blood got in. Reg did a tremendous job but it ain't holding forever.

At the end of the episode when the Wolverine walker was in the compound that Deanna tried to kill, Rick said Carol told him she shot one but couldn't find where he went and that must have been him. So I assume they told Rick what happened.
