June 27, 201511 yr MJ has proven to be a horrible judge of talent. He has a decade plus experience screwing up draft picks and free agent signings. I'm willing to give KG the benefit of the doubt until proven wrong. That's why I said "we'll see"...I hope he does fine. I think an issue for big time talented guys like MJ and KG going to the front office is that they are so rich when they get there, do they really want to do the work necessary to be a good front office guy? I know if I had $100MM+ in the bank, I'd rather be golfing, traveling and just watching hoops casually than scouting kids all over the world.
