June 20, 201511 yr When was the church age in America? Just wondering if you have a hard definition rather than an ambious term. Ambious? Did you possibly mean, ambiguous?
June 20, 201511 yr Sounds like God is lazy or negligent at best; a conspirator to murder certainly within reason. There is absolutely NO WAY that a loving God would allow those nine people to die at the hands of some madman while at Bible study. If, in fact, the God of the Bible exists(which I don't believe), then why would anyone want to spent one second of eternity with such a being? The Bible references murderous rampages by God(even the killings of infants). So maybe these church killings are entertainment for God. Charleston, I feel, is just further reason for total rejection of the God of the Bible.(Not a rejection of a "God Consciousness" but the God of the Bible and other religious texts) The only inspiration for the Bible was likely some very powerful mushrooms. Now... let's be sensible(and rational) for maybe one second. I don't blame a God for the crazy murders of Newtown or Charleston. If I thought there was a man in the clouds who could disallow such acts then , yes, I would be mad as hell at the divine tyrant. But there is no man in the clouds to blame. Man , I believe, is basically good. But sometimes things go very, very wrong with people. It just happens. We lose touch with our Good nature. One thought of Hate leads to another , then another, until those thoughts begin to manifest Hateful acts. Somehow humankind must find a way replace Hate with Love. If you want to say that God is Love or God is the collective consciousness of all that is good and pure, I can go along with that. If this kid's inner being had been so aligned with a consciousness of goodness and Love, he would have never even had thoughts that eventually led to these awful acts. We are all responsible for thoughts that tip the balance of a collective consciousness towards Love(Good) or Hate(Bad). I don't give credit to a man in the clouds when something good happens, nor do I blame a Devil or a man in the clouds when things go very, very, wrong. As more and more people choose Love over Hate, there will be less and less of these kind of deeds. It just seems like our violent world, and specifically our very violent society has become very polarized and very hate-filled. Hence, we continue to see more and more of these unspeakable acts. We are too often choosing hate over love. If God is a collective consciousness of Goodness and Love, then we all have a choice to align our inner selves with such a consciousness. We can choose to perpetuate Love or Hate, Good or Evil. Whatever choices we make will dictate the future course of events on this planet. I think if people sought to be more spiritual and less religious we would begin making some endroads in tipping the scales of the collective consciousness in favor of Love(God) over Hate. 1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. James 1: 13-16 Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am being tempted by God,” for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one. But each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire. Then desire when it has conceived gives birth to sin, and sin when it is fully grown brings forth death. Do not be deceived, my beloved brothers.
June 20, 201511 yr Ambious? Did you possibly mean, ambiguous? The Church Age is the time from The Pentecost to The Rapture. What is the Church Age? Where does the Church Age fit in biblical history? 1 Corinthians 51:57 Behold! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. For this perishable body must put on the imperishable, and this mortal body must put on immortality. When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.” “O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?” The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
June 20, 201511 yr Author I don't normally carry, but when I do, I carry this. Well that's a little bigger that mine lol
June 20, 201511 yr The judge has been removed due to past racist comments. His opening monologue was a clue of his racist feelings. Does anyone doubt how deep racism still runs in America, particularly in the Old South?
June 20, 201511 yr The church age is about to end. God will be here soon enough. You have an interesting theology. God I'd already here, unless you don't believe in the Holy Spirit. Jesus will return again sometime, not the persona of a God the Father. That said, it is sooner today than yesterday. But to believe it is because of America's problems I would be hard pressed to find the US in the Bible.
June 20, 201511 yr Ambious? Did you possibly mean, ambiguous? Yes. Hate typing on an IPad. Do you have an answer?

So why not use the term Dispensation? It's the theory of Darby and Scofield that never was promoted til the 19th century by them. I don't see the correlation between Paul's letter and the "age of the church." If you think this event is evidence of a passing age how is this different than the events of 1816 which led to the founding of this particular church? That was 200 years ago. How many times has "the church" experienced this in 2,000 years of history and you pick this event as "the beginning of the end?"
June 20, 201511 yr You have an interesting theology. God I'd already here, unless you don't believe in the Holy Spirit. Jesus will return again sometime, not the persona of a God the Father. That said, it is sooner today than yesterday. But to believe it is because of America's problems I would be hard pressed to find the US in the Bible. I believe in the Holy Trinity. The USA is not in the Bible. Many believe that it will be taken over before The Rapture begins; however, I believe that we already belong to Israel. https://www.raptureready.com/rr-america.html I believe that America’s being in prophecy includes God’s using it to be mid-wife in Israel’s modern birth into the land promised to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob those thousands of years ago. However, we will not be with Israel when it matters most. Israel Following Rapture Israel will suddenly find itself without its staunchest lobby-base with the American government. The U.S. leadership will, itself, find itself so tied up in the staggering problems of trying to regain economic and societal equilibrium that urgent pleas from Israeli leaders will likely go unheeded. The Islamic world will have lost in the rapture its small children and babies in the wombs of mothers within the Middle Eastern world. But Islamic armies of young, fanatic militants will be untouched by the catastrophe that has caused the disappearance of many millions of people. These, under their enraged leadership, will almost certainly fervently look at Israel to vent their frustrations. Likely the true Islamic fundamentalist fanatics will see what has happened as Allah’s preparing to bring on the end of the world. Perhaps this is the “hook” in the “jaws,” which Ezekiel the prophet foretold God promises to implement at this time. There will be no one –including America—to offer to defend Israel. It is at this time that the great, supernaturally persuasive world leader who will one day in the future be known as “the beast” –Antichrist—will come forward from the swiftly reforming western alliance. He will propose to all of the antagonists of the forces poised for war a peace covenant they won’t be able to refuse. Without genuine repentance of her people, America’s time as the apex nation of history will end. She will lose her golden glow. Her former glory will turn black with soot from the fire of judgment and wrath that will be the fate of all who come against Jesus Christ –the God of all creation. America’s place in prophecy, without repentance before God, is seen in the Babylonian system of rebellion, as represented by the description of the destruction of its chief city. “Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her” (Rev. 18:8).

The time for grace is ending; therefore, the dispensation period is about to end. I said that the end of the church age is upon us. I did not say that this event in Charleston is the beginning of the end.

June 21, 201511 yr Author The time for grace is ending; therefore, the dispensation period is about to end. But when? MANY has said in the past that the end is near. "Mark 13:32". There has been a lot of events in the past that made people believe the end is near, but we simply do not know. However, With some things that I go by, I agree, VERY soon. But again that is only a guess. I hope it happens in our lifetimes, just my thoughts.
