I wasn't even aware that he had brain cancer, but that is really sad news. Heartbroken for the Vice President and his family.

I know many on BGP aren't big fans of Joe Biden. But I'm from Delaware, and I've met him and his family. And he's really a good guy, and many expected Beau to be the Governor of the state very soon. I'm roughly the same age as Beau, and this is a reminder that life is short.. RIP Beau Biden

Agree. I was not aware of the death of his first wife and a daughter in a car accident. Apparently Beau was seriously injured in that accident, as well.

Totally agree. I disagree with Joe Biden on most things politically but like him personally because he seems like a good human being and great family guy and father. He has had to endure way more in his life than any man should. Just brutal...my grandmother died of brain cancer and it was not pleasant. Prayers to the Biden family...

Despite all our political and moral disagreements, it is important to remember that we are all humans and feel the same emotions. RIP to Beau and prayers to the Biden family. No parent should ever bury their children.
