That is one of the few songs I can think of where the original version was great and the remake version might be even better. I really like the Pearl Jam cover of that song.

From Northern Scotland descent.....I can't help but to get choked up for "Amazing Grace" played with bagpipes and drums!

Scotland the Brave is a close second! :thumb:

Zac Brown Band, "Highway 20 ride". It is really difficult not seeing your child everyday and this song gets me everytime.

I can only imagine. Great choice.

Wind Beneath My Wings - Bette Midler

Always makes me think of my mom. Miss her so much.

Live Like You Were Dying by Tim McGraw

Thank you @kygirl. This song has extra special meaning for me and I love it. Favorite is when we sing it at a fraternity brother's wedding towards the end of the evening.

Wind Beneath My Wings - Bette Midler

Was my parents song. After their divorce, it's tough to listen too.

If Your Reading This by Tim McGraw

Mom by Garth Brooks - Not a big fan of his, but this is a newer song that was my mother-son dance song at my wedding. The song itself is pretty slow, but the lyrics get me.
