That's interesting. I said the same thing last night -- I hope Towns ends up in LA. I'm far from a Lakers fan, but that'd be cool to see.

I sure wouldn't blame him. I think that was just media speculation more than anything at this point. Some of those guys think Minny likes Okafor better anyway.

Lakers will reload next season. A win/win situation between Okafor/Townes. A returning Randle and veteran Kobe Bryant. Also LA supposedly is offering a max contract to Jimmy Butler. Just a few more pieces could make this team deadly once again.

I wouldn't be upset to see KAT go to Minny with the nice young core that they have put together. It would be a great spot for him if Garnet sticks around another year to teach him the ropes, that is about the only meaningful thing he is capable of at this point in his career.

I hope the Timberwolves take Kat because that would be a fun young team to watch with Wiggins and Kat.

For the record and just so we are all clear, there is no doubt in my mind that KAT is without a doubt the best player in the draft. He should be the first pick without question. More upside, better athlete, better defender....shoot.....Minny should go ahead and pick him now. He and Wiggins will be awesome together. KAT is that man!!!!

Probably talking too much as a fan and hoping for Booker to get to that level. If a wager gets involved, I have to put the heart and what I hope will happen aside and go at it logically, so I am not going there. I just see so much potential in Booker and I do think he has been underrated by many. I will say this, to add another outlandish prediction, it will not shock me one bit to see Booker develop into a James Harden level player.
