April 13, 201511 yr It makes me sad that my entire adult life has been spent under the boot of the most blatantly partisan culture that I believe has ever existed in this nation. True enough. The Civil War era was pretty blatantly partisan culture as well. In fact, politics has always been very, very nasty in this country. What goes on today can't touch the partisan nastiness from a couple centuries ago.
April 13, 201511 yr Bernie Sanders ..:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol: He's not going to win. Hillary will. But Sanders is well-liked in his state, even a good percentage of moderate Republicans give him good marks for the job he does. I think in 2011 a PPP survey showed him to be the third most popular senator with his constituents. I like Warren but she would have a harder time winning in Nov than Hillary will. I am sure it will be each party's establishment candidate, Hillary and Jeb to battle it out.
April 13, 201511 yr That would be par for the course with the luck America has had with presidents the past 12-14 or so years . Two establishment power brokers . PUKE .
April 13, 201511 yr I laugh that she's trotting herself out as the "champion of the common man". The proverbial silver spoon is lodged so far up her ample backside it would take a colorectal surgeon a year to find it.
April 13, 201511 yr Bernie Sanders ..:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol: Now now, even whacked out politicians need their supporters.

Look for some more uncomfortable photo opps of Hillary having a beer with the common man. Going to be fun.

April 14, 201511 yr Maybe HE will the conservatives sure aren't , And the opposite side of the aisle has done better? God help us!
April 14, 201511 yr In all honesty (as was mentioned), she has a very, very good chance of winning. I hope Rand Paul or whoever wins the GOP can pull this one off.

They'll have to bone up on all the words they cannot use when talking about the secretary of state which will basically hamstring them to the point they cannot criticize the woman's record. This crap just gets stupid and more stupid. If this woman gets elected as POTUS then I have lost all faith in the common sense of my fellow Americans. Just my opinion.

I thought the same thing when Bush was re elected. As much as it pains people to probably admit a republican was the one who really set this country on the downward path really far and a democrat did nothing to help it either in Obama. There is no reason to believe a republican candidate and what they believe as republicans will fix things either. At the end of the day none of it matters. Whoever is president could have great ideas and even if the other party realizes it could be good the other party now a days will fight it anyways. It is not what is best for our country anymore with these parties. It is now about making sure the other party fails by fighting everything.

Same thing happened to me in 2004. Everybody has their tipping point, I guess. I have NO IDEA why anyone would want the job.
