March 28, 201511 yr Anyone see UL making the Elite 8? Not gonna lie, I didn't! GO CARDS! No; will gladly take it though. Prior to the tournament starting, I honestly thought they would be lucky to get out of the second round.
March 28, 201511 yr Author No; will gladly take it though. Prior to the tournament starting, I honestly thought they would be lucky to get out of the second round. All I prayed for was that we wouldn't get beaten by the Anteaters. That's all. Can't lose to a team called the Anteaters. :lol2:
March 28, 201511 yr 1/4 of the final four are schools from Kentucky.:thumb: You already know who makes the Final Four?!
March 28, 201511 yr Great job by the Cardinals. I thought they were in trouble when NC State got the lead but they buckled down on defense, got stops and marched on to the win. Gill was big. Rozier was excellent (14 rebounds...wow). Harrell controlled the inside on both ends. Snyder struggled a little on shooting the 3 pointer but he has done a really nice job taking over at point. Izzo and Pitino ... they somehow put it all together at tournament time.
March 28, 201511 yr When looking at this one I originally thought that N.C. State would have a good shot to advance. Then I added a couple of facts in deciding .....1.) I saw that Mark Gottfried came with his team to coach the Wolfpack. plus, 2.) R Pitino was still the coach at U.L. = A U.L. Win ......End Of Story Congrats to the U.L. fans
