I am not saying this as a UK homer but this is a legitimate question last Sat. the kid for Auburn not don't even remember his name according to ESPN was ejected for a Flagrant 2 and had to set out the SEC Championship game what was the difference in his and the Flagrant 2 that Ellis received last night? I would seriously like to know if they are different interpretations of the Flagrant 2.

Throwing a punch is the difference. Ellis didn't throw a punch. The kid from Auburn did...

Local grocier running promotion. Buy 200 bucks in groceries. If UK wins by 36 or more, they will reimburse the entire bill.

it doesn't say that in the ncaa flagrant 2 rule is that fall under flagrant technical?

UK will definitely need Booker and Aaron H. to shoot better than 1-11.

Not if Towns plays the way he did last night.

Aaron and Booker both shot poorly, but Andrew and Ulis both hit shots. That's the beauty of having so much talented depth. No one player is needed to have a good game.

I am not sure this falls under the Flagrant 2 Rule, I thought fighting (throwing a punch) is a category all by itself and does come with the automatic suspension.

Fighting isn't a flagrant 2, but a different call altogether I believe...

Forearm to the throat. Worse than a punch.

Where at and what's the store name?

The rules say otherwise. No suspension for a non fighting flagrant 2. Carry on...

Next game suspension is up to the particular conference.

NCAA rules say fighting is automatic ejection, not up to the particular conference.

Care to share your thoughts on the 2 elbows Ellis took to the face? The one Deberry took to his face? Probably not...

I was talking about the forearm to the throat/punch. It isn't fighting unless the opposing player retaliates.

Should have been called. Refs screw up every game.
