The rest of the state probably doesn't realize how big this one is to UK fand in NKY. Gonna watch it with a few UC fans.

I say Cats by 11 cause of some late free throws.

UK 62

UC 51

UC will come out on fire but will quickly realize that they are totally over matched. Ellis will have problems with UK's 4 big man. Might be to frustrating for him today.

Rule 10, section 5 of the NCAA rule book pertains to fighting.

If you read that part you'll realize you are wrong that "it isn't fightinn unless the opposing player retaliates". One person can be penalized for fighting with nobody retaliating.

So he should have been assessed a fighting penalty.

From Rule 10 Section 5:

Art. 2. A fight is a confrontation involving one or more players, coaches or other

team personnel wherein (but not limited to) a fist, hand, arm, foot, knee or leg is

used to combatively strike the other individual.

Art. 3. When, during a confrontation, an individual attempts to strike another

individual with any of the actions defined in Art. 2, whether there is contact is

irrelevant. The perpetrator shall be deemed to have been involved in a fight.

If the refs had got it right, he would be ineligible for today's game.

My guess is UK wins by what Vegas has them at...somewhere around 15.

Interesting note....Karl Towns and Quadri Moore faced eachother last season in the New Jersey state tournament.

Quadri Moore: 19 pts, 9 rbs

Karl Towns: 15 pts, 10 rbs

1st statement ... I don't think that (15 pt. margin) is too far off at all. U.K. has the talent and depth to blow out UC, I just don't personally look for it as some others do.

2nd statement .... :ohbrother: :lol2: "This ain't high school" and Towns has Far More around him than Moore.

Also, I agree with Gold in that I hope this one sees no one kicked out and no fights break out. Having said that, U.K. needs to answer the physical play of UC and not be pushed around or let the Bcats get any physical edge.......... GO Wildcats.

Where at and what's the store name?

Supervalu in Dayton and Ludlow

If the refs called it fighting I wouldn't have argued, but they didn't.

It's funny though how your argument has changed throughout the course of this thread. You going to stick with this argument or change it again?
