Sounds like Pardue is putting in the offense for coach Smith. Touching it up, refreshing everyone on the small details, maybe a wrinkle or 2 he added at Campbellsville. Pardue created this offense under Chuck to begin with. Looks like Chris doesn't want to be full time. Looks like Coach Smith is going to have whomever the new OC is use the old terminology and old scheme he likes and is used to. It is very effective. Larry kept it and kept Chris Mason on and they did the same thing. The main difference was French had a goaline 3 back bone package where Pardue originally had a 3 back I goaline package.

Not really anything to talk about I simply made a comment that a few of the players told me that Pardue was introduced as the new OC at Boyle. I haven't read any official announcements about it, but it dosen't make a lot sense for the players to be told that he's the new OC if He really isn't.

Mason ran the ball about 70% of the time while Pardue passed the ball about 65% of the time during his first tenure at Boyle.

You don't have to take my word for it go to KHSAA and look up the stats for Smiths first tenure since he only had one OC which was Pardue you will find that they ran the ball somewhere between 35 to 40% of the time and passed 60 to 65% of the time Hatz and I looked it up last year and it was somewhere around 60% pass 40% run give or take a few either way. Boyle had a very balanced offense under Pardue the first time around.

Its not a big secret. I have been told otherwise that he is of right now.. not the offensive coordinator. Hes in an OC position but as a consultant currently. Hes installing the offense and the plans for after Spring Ball is unclear.

I don't recall Pardue ever running the wishbone at Boyle and Mason loved it. Mason did use some of Pardue's formations but their schemes were different. IMO Pardue's offense is an entirely different animal when he has the personell to run it.besides if Pardue and Mason had the same offense then why would Pardue be installing his?

What has Boyle county done or plan on doing to beat Lexington Catholic?They were the only team to beat them in 2014, and I know those guys want some payback and a deep playoff run. So tell me why 2015 will be different

I think for both teams, it's pretty much even ( IMO ) with a slight edge to BC because of their great QB... But then again flip that and LC has a great runner ( Jones ) and multiple athletes at the WR spot that BC had trouble handling last year. I say flip a coin, both teams are great.

I would give my opinion but I'd probably be wrong, sometimes I like LC fans better than Boyle fans.
