March 12, 201511 yr It's hard for me to take my bias away, but I tried and I still think Towns has the higher ceiling for the NBA game. Especially as he continues to develop his shooting. Seems like Okafor has a long way to go there. Towns still has some growing up to do, which makes me wonder how good he can be when he does. March 13, 201511 yr Do you care to post the stat and are you saying he averages more per minute or are you factoring in possessions, pace of play, all that? When it comes to cleaning the defensive glass, I'm taking Okafor all day and would be surprised if Towns out rebounds him in terms of adjusted rebound rate at the professional level. If we're talking rebounds per minute played in college, then no, I'm not going to be surprised if Towns is higher at this level, as he seems to be by a slight margin right now. March 13, 201511 yr So how different are they in points on a per minute played basis? I understand Okafor is considered the better offensive player, just don't know what the gap is between them. Sounds like KAT has the rebounding, passing and defense edge.

March 13, 201511 yr KAT due to his defensive skills compared to Okafors. But, who I think is going to go first will be Jahlil. Everyones been biased on him all year and not giving KAT his credit.
March 14, 201511 yr I LOVE KAT...but JO has mad skills with the ball and IMO they more than make up for the difference in D between the two. Okafor is as skilled a big man inside as I have seen in years. For the life of me I don't know why so many teams try to play him straight up...1 on 1 he is unstoppable.
