Yes I know, for that matter your whole subdivision....at least this afternoon. :facepalm: The National Organization for Women requested that all winter storms be named after men: "because you never know how long they are going to last, or how many inches you will get". :stop::lol:
February 17, 201511 yr 471 was still a mess at 5. Lots of people off work or stayed home it seems. Not many cars on the road which helped big time. If that would have been a normal traffic day it would have been a real mess.

With all the schools closed, why can't folks get their lazy kids out to shovel the walkway or front porch for me? :no: I remember back in the day I looked forward to making a "boat-load" of cash shoveling snow, kids now days just expect mom and dad to hand it over to them.

I've got a small dog, a Bichon Frise, and I tried to take him out for his walks and bathroom breaks but he had a tough time getting through the snow. I finally shoveled him a clear area in the front yard and that worked for him.

I hear you...I have big dogs, but my 15 yo lab is really arthritic, and if I hadn't been out with her this AM, she probably would have given up and laid in the snow. I cleared her a path through the snowdrifts (of course she wouldn't follow it), but then she got stuck and just fell down. I thought this might be her last day, but I helped her get in, and after a rest, she was ok. Curse this deep snow.
