47 wins over a 5 year period of which 11 of those were playoff wins.

How do you win 47 games and have 11 playoff wins

 

Get beat up in the regular season and turn it on in district/playoffs. There's a few schools that could actually fit that profile.

7-3 and losing in the 3rd every year. What's wrong with that?

One I know had 9 straight district tittles and 2 regional championships

Won over 113 games as a head coach - also has won a state title as an assistant coach and sent several kids in to the next level.

 

It amazes me someone with just those numbers was selected.

Not knocking Coach Johnson. I wish him well in turning the program around. Hope he is successful.
