Maybe the administration thing is true. What is wrong with telling the truth about admin??? They can fire a coach and cause his life to be a wreck but you cant call admin out. I strongly disagree.

Because it's not the truth. I have been a long time supporter of Coach Pardue but he is not telling the truth about the administration. They have went above and beyond to support him in his tenure at MC.

Does it really matter the reason? The fact is there are internal issues that are preventing people from wanting to stay and see the program through. That is undeniable and supported by the constant change in the leadership of the football program.

Your statement is exactly why it matters, because it creates a skewed perception of the administration. I wish I could state the reason(s) this happened but a public forum is not the place.

I really think that Mercer can be a competitive program, however their are just so many influences at work in the school and the community that make it really difficult to continually have to work around to keep the team focused on a common goal.

Nope. They have a new AD.

I think the new AD, Sean Pigman, will take his time with the hire to make sure he has a perfect fit. This will be his first major hire, because Josh Cook was brought in under the AD last year. I think Pigman is going to make a great football hire to help get program back on track. Not saying they will be back to 2006 form anytime, but they hopefully become more consistent.
