As soon as Chuck came back I feel like most people felt this was going to happen. Both are waiting to hit that full retirement year and try for another title in the process. I don't blame him especially if some of what I've heard about SOME parents and administrators at Mercer is true. Obviously Jerry is not going anywhere. Anybody think Marty would take it if it were offered? Who do y'all honestly think they will go after and who do you think will apply?

Davis played a little bit in the end of Mercer's game vs Lexington Catholic and started the final four games in which The Titans went 1-3. I would think Davis would still be favorite for quarterback. He was the only 'true' quarterback on the team last year.

I would welcome the Jaggers clan back to Mercer County with open arms.

I expect Drew Davis to have a spectacular year at QB next year. He seems to have his health issues behind him and is headed in the right direction. On top of that Drew is truly a great kid with a great skill set and is set to have a fine senior season at QB next year. I look forward to watching him.

I saw my boy JP name on the Marion thread. I havent heard anything but positive out of Lancaster, but that did make me a little "CURIOUS" at the time.
