January 28, 201511 yr Doesn't matter. They're a 21 and over bar. It is their job to find them. They aren't that easy to fake anymore with the barcodes and holograms. Your right if they were drinking, it woukd be up to the establishment to enforce it. However you can be 18 and go in most bars. Unfortunately for this instance, once you are in the bar you are unlikely to get carded.

You're not supposed to be in there if you're under 21. They should have been carded at the door. I don't know what part of a 21 and over establishment that you aren't understanding. I've posted it 3 times.
January 28, 201511 yr Sounds like the EKU kid has a history with UK athletes. The 3 UK kids should face some dicipline especially since they were in a bar, but I don't know if I'd kick them off for finishing a fight they didn't start.

Especially given that they were in underage in a 21+ bar and had previously been involved in the air gun incident?

Like I said they should be punished, but if that kid started it I don't know if you can kick them off, especially if they aren't charged.

January 28, 201511 yr It's one thing if it happened in an instant in a bar as a reaction. It's another if people trailed another person to a different location after a lapse of time to do retribution. The latter is most definitely not self-defense. DISCLAIMER: I do not know what happened.
