Doesn't matter. They're a 21 and over bar. It is their job to find them. They aren't that easy to fake anymore with the barcodes and holograms.

Your right if they were drinking, it woukd be up to the establishment to enforce it. However you can be 18 and go in most bars. Unfortunately for this instance, once you are in the bar you are unlikely to get carded.

Where is Telford Hall? Lex or Richmond?

Telford Hall is an EKU dorm.

As I posted twice previously: According to Jerzees Facebook page they are a "21 and over establishment." You're not supposed to be in there if you're under 21. They should have been carded at the door.

I don't know what part of a 21 and over establishment that you aren't understanding. I've posted it 3 times.

Sounds like the EKU kid has a history with UK athletes. The 3 UK kids should face some dicipline especially since they were in a bar, but I don't know if I'd kick them off for finishing a fight they didn't start.

I always thought you could not go into a bar if you were under 21 unless the "bar" was primarily a restaurant, for instance, an O'Charley's.

IMO, it doesn't matter who the instigator was. The guy that used a beer bottle as a weapon needs to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and dismissed from the team.

You don't think 3 vs 1 and hitting someone with a beer bottle isn't something that they should get kicked off the team for? Especially given that they were in underage in a 21+ bar and had previously been involved in the air gun incident?

I have seen people get hit with beer bottles..its not pretty

Do we know it was 3 on 1?

Like I said they should be punished, but if that kid started it I don't know if you can kick them off, especially if they aren't charged.

Agreed. That's a dangerous weapon.

Agreed and that guy should not represent your program any longer.

Stoops is out recruiting but was made aware of situation.

It's one thing if it happened in an instant in a bar as a reaction. It's another if people trailed another person to a different location after a lapse of time to do retribution. The latter is most definitely not self-defense. DISCLAIMER: I do not know what happened.
