April 15, 201511 yr Let's not put any blame on the coward... I know what you are saying. Not saying there's no blame on him, but if Scurry doesn't start a fight, he probably doesn't go do that either. Still no reason for Graffee to do what he did though.
April 15, 201511 yr I'm surprised there isn't more Scurry hate here. Read some of my earlier comments about the guy-- looks like they were pretty spot on. He's someone I really don't have much sympathy for in this whole thing. Seems more like a meathead that brags about throwing bottles at a future NBA player's car, then starts a fight with some guys from the bigger college up the road's football team. Kind of a pattern of behavior there. He was aggressively talking to a girl, starts a fight, then he and the girl dime out the bar for letting him in underage and all that as well. Probably not a very popular guy with the people who own it or most of the kids in Richmond. Not that it isn't the Bar's fault for letting underage people in or not controlling the situation better (doesn't look like there were bouncers rushing in, just a bartender standing on the bar... someone could have noticed and got to things before they got out of hand though). There really should be more hate towards scurry but unfortunately there are a couple members on here who have a vendetta against D Barker and get delight out of blaming him for everything that happens.
April 15, 201511 yr There is zero justification for that kinda of sucker punch. No doubt in my mind he woulda won the fight even if he fought him straight up. Not like Drew is Kimbo Slice and he needed a leg up with the sucker punch. I can't say the word that comes to mind but he's all the negative words you can think of in regards to being a chicken.
April 15, 201511 yr Face it, no one knows who Scurry is. No one cares about Pat or the other two UK guys. No one cares about the kids from Conner. Drew is the golden boy. He's the face of UK football. For better or worse, the light shines on him.
April 15, 201511 yr I can understand why the other 2 UK guys went back to Lex for sure. What I'm confused about his why Drew's buddies from Conner that were at the bar, that he was supposed to be staying with that night, didn't come to his aid, knowing that it wasn't a pretty scene in the lobby at Telford. Maybe that guy (Will?) should have done more to help his buddy out. So there are no other UK players in the dorm video?

Scurry wasn't the one who put a college on lockdown who had thousands of parents worried! All Scurry did was get drunk and act stupid.

It's sad you make all of these posts about your kid this, your kid that, how Drew was in the wrong, how you'd teach your kid better but you take delight in watching Drew get sucker punched. I know I'm foolish for even responding to you but it just bothers me sometimes to see people blame one side for one thing but totally gloss over the other side when video shows who was really in the wrong.
April 15, 201511 yr I get that, but wouldn't you be better off in your own dorm. Not the dorm of the people you just got in an altercation with? How is Drew supposed to know who lives where? Did he get their addresses during the fight?
