Dorian Baker and Drew Barker

It's gonna be really hard to get past the beer bottle part for whoever is responsible. Still a ton of unknowns but it's hard to imagine a scenario where I would be OK defending the guy responsible for that.

Doesn't sound like there were any innocents involved in this one.

None. Just different levels.

You never did respond to my question: How come when he jumped in the initial fight he was just standing up for his boys but when he went to the dorm (no matter the reason) he was a victim when the EKU player went after one of the guys that put his guy in the hospital? Wasn't he just standing up for his guy?

Sucker punch from behind is not the same thing. Where does it say he jumped in?

I think it's very telling that none of the UK players have been charged yet Drew Barker was contacted by the police to see if he wanted to press charges.

That alone tells me everything I need to know in who was at fault in this incident and it doesn't sound like any of the UK players.

They're reviewing the video at the bar. Unless the UK player that swung the bottle admitted it they have to know who to charge first don't they?

I know. It isn't nearly the same thing as jumping into a fight swinging a bottle at someone's head. It's much, much worse, right?

I guess responding to a shoving match by striking someone in the head with a bottle is just standing up for your boys in the eyes of UK fans. At least if you play for UK.

There is a difference.

If a fight is in progress and your guy is in it you're probably getting in - whether to throw punches or to break it up.

Unless the story I heard is wrong there was no fight in progress at the dorm. Drew got punched in the head from behind. I don't call that defending a friend.

Now if video comes out that all 3 were back at the dorm and looking for a fight then we've got a different story.

Again, lots of "IFs" here.

Do you know Barker did that?

They have enough witnesses I'm sure to know who did it which leads me to believe it was in self defense.

Make big assumptions much?

Let's be clear as you seem to be conflating stories here. IF Drew jumped into the fight at the bar and HE was the one who swung a bottle then there is no debate. He's gone and should be gone.

Are you saying Drew hit the kid with the bottle? If not then your theory doesn't make sense.

Do you know Barker did that?

Unless Scurry was struck by a meteor one of the UK players did. Then they went to the EKU dorm. I'm sure the EKU player there was looking for some payback.

Right . One of the players did. You seem to be saying you know who did it.

Drew Barker did NOT put anybody in the hospital.

So you think Scurry had a weapon as well? The UK player swung a bottle in what to that point was a shoving match. Someone will be charged in this.

Right . One of the players did. You seem to be saying you know who did it.

In terms of Barker getting punched at the dorm, it's really irrelevant who did the bottle... If you are involved in a bar fight that puts my friend in the hospital, and then you show up at our dorm, you would be lucky to get out without there being problems.
