Based on your comment you would have to be ok with Barker if it turns out his part of the fight involved helping out a friend. Unless he wielded the bottle. Whoever did that should be toast.

I think it's very telling that none of the UK players have been charged yet Drew Barker was contacted by the police to see if he wanted to press charges.

 

That alone tells me everything I need to know in who was at fault in this incident and it doesn't sound like any of the UK players.

In terms of Barker getting punched at the dorm, it's really irrelevant who did the bottle... If you are involved in a bar fight that puts my friend in the hospital, and then you show up at our dorm, you would be lucky to get out without there being problems.

Yes they can, I am going off of the article and what I have heard on the situation from people who have information who were there. Just saying from what I hear and going by the EKU players past that it sounds like he was the aggressor and was the one who charged the UK player who hit him with the bottle.

 

I can't claim to know whether or not charges will or won't be filed, but sounds like a case of self defense when it comes to the bottle incident. The video will hopefully show the police what they need to know.

I know there are 75+ plus players on the team, you should tell Drew to make some new friends while he still has a chance. I am not sure leaving Hebron for the big city was a good thing for him right now. Best of luck to him.

My guess is he didn't go to the dorm to fight, but who knows... He was with his buddy who attended EKU. Why wouldn't he have gone there to crash? Or like you alluded to earlier, what if he was going there for an old fashion shacking?
