Winningest Teams in Kentucky since 2000!

Danville is landlocked. If someone moves into the area most of the time they go to Boyle county b/c that is where the new developements are located. Thats why Danvilles enrollment is slowly decreasing and Boyles is increasing.

No it is in the industry...there are many job opportunities in the area, and it makes it attractive to young families that seek opportunity but don't want to live in Lexington or Louisville. The area is growing and already high talent pools are replenished by fresh numbers.

I understand....but, I was joking. :D;)

Oh I know...I just thought it was worth mentioning. The comment was also aimed more at Boyle as well.

This is very true and will slowly lead to the downfall of Danville and Mayfield and other schools that are in a similar situation. At some point these 2 programs will fall from the elite ranks they now enjoy as they slowly get squeezed by the County school systems in their community

Not so fast my friend... No need to worry about if Bob will catch Mike over twenty years, heck at his present rate he will pass Glaser in ten. If you are saying that X has some talent advantage, I guess you skipped last year's title game. FYI, the title of this thread is concerning "since 2000". In that context Bob blows Glaser away big time. Beatty can't be held accountable for not winning a title in Kentucky when he wasn't even coaching in this state. Since Coach Beatty has arrived on the scene Trinity has been a solid number one and X has been a distant second. Facts are facts.:thumb:

I would be concerned if I was a rock. St.X has never had a football stadium in school history and yet year in and year out always a top program. Now the Tiger's will have the best stadium in the state and among best all around sports facilities in the country. Now you tell me what effect this is going to have on the football program no matter who is coaching.Do you think St.X will have a problem finding a new coach when Glaser retires in a few years? No worries here!

I wonder how many of these teams would also make the list for top 20 playoff records during this same time period?

Anybody know which schools have the top 20 playoff records since 2000?

Trinity is 25-2 in the playoffs since 2000 with 4 titles. Is anyone better?

X vs. T is not just a couple of games a year it is 52 weeks a year every year but it is all in fun and out of mutual respect for each other. It keeps things interesting all the time.It is really special to be a part of even years and after you graduate!I hope it never changes and I am sure we keep people amused.

Uh, I'm pretty sure no one is except maybe Boyle. :thumb:

It is an interesting stat, I don't have time to figure others on the list, but it would be good to see them compiled.

Belfry's playoff record '00-'05 is 18-4 with 2 titles.

OK, I had to go check Boyle and they are 26-2 with 4 titles if my math is right.

I envision a close battle between Trinity and Boyle County for team of the 2000's.

Great numbers for both schools. I'm guessing that if Trinity would have been able to find an opponent back in 01' (they only had nine games) these two would be tied.

Not really, these are playoff figures not regular season numbers. Unless I missed something, Trinity and Boyle have had the same opportunity for the number of playoff games since 2000.

With 4 more years to go I think you are overlooking a major contender!

You are correct. My error.
