I'm not talking about you. Just making a general statement about the fate of many coaches today. If I was a high school football coach right now I'd be super nervous.

He does. I think there are some health issues in his family that has kept him in Richmond. I'm sure he'd like to get something a little closer to Madison County if it comes available.

^That is amazing. Always thought he was a good dude...this adds even more merit to him in my book.

Oh well just another example of how our society has become a NOW world and if you don't win then you are gone. Maybe if they paid coaches like they do in Texas, GA, and college, I could see this philosophy but in this state it is a joke how much turnover is becoming the trend every year. Also must of the people making these decision would know how to put knee pads in a pair of pants. Good luck to Johnny and the rest of the coaches out there.

Is it possible he got another job closer to Madison County and that is why he is no longer at Bellevue?

I never felt like it was a good fit to begin with. The administration needs to stop shooting from the hip and hire a legitimate coach who will stay with the program. There is a lot of tradition at Bellevue.
