December 31, 201411 yr Jones embarrassed himself and the team. Rick does not like being embarrassed. Game was an easy win for UofL and, IMO, sent the right message.
January 1, 201511 yr If he just faked it at the time when the elbows were swinging it wouldn't have been quite as big a deal. But Jones went to the sideline holding his jaw. He even acted like he was in such pain that he couldn't join the huddle Pitino was having. That being said, if Jones had gone 6/8 fro the three against UK, he wouldn't have been benched today.

January 2, 201511 yr Jones admitted that he was used to doing that a lot in JUCO, but with all of the cameras Pitino told him he couldn't get away with it at this level.
