So he's only a soph? I saw him play last year. He seems a LOT bigger and stronger this year. Am I remembering correctly?

I left the game early but the kid was getting to the rim almost at will. He is a challenge to guard.

35 attempts plus the ones he was fouled on - dude has to be tired.

Seen Scott at the Murph last week and they look like a very nice team. Ohmer can fill it up. He gets his quietly or at least it seemed that way to me.

Heck of a player. When Schnieder gets back to 100%, this team will be tough.

Jeez Louise, that's a lot of points. Excellent work by Mr. Ohmer! :thumb:

Yes, he is a true sophomore.

Jake has always been on the smallish side. But he has grown several inches and added some muscle over the last 6 months or so. His older brother and dad are both over 6 foot tall, so I suspect he's not done growing yet. The added size and strength are certainly making a difference in his game.

He's always been a natural athlete, and is fun to watch. He's going to do some special things on the baseball field as well this year.

Great job Jake !! The sky is the limit for this young man !!! Keep it up !!

I was impressed with Scott at the "Murph" against Harrison County. As I always say, Coach Carr does a great job there. Is Schneider coming back this year? If so, look out if he can get back to anywhere near his old self because his absence has let some of the other kids develop via PT that wouldn't have.......

Schneider played last night.

Have been told as good as he is at basketball, baseball might actually be his better sport. Scary.
