December 17, 201411 yr If you are of the belief that the prosecutor had no desire to see Officer Wilson be indicted this story will give you more ammo. http://www.thesmokinggun.com/documents/unmasking-Ferguson-witness-40-496236 Made it up. Was never there.
December 17, 201411 yr Sorry, Clyde - too little too late. This ain't gonna get any traction. You are correct.
December 17, 201411 yr We know he brought any and everybody who claimed to be a witness in front of the grand jury, even if he knew they were committing perjury (which is odd in and of itself, in my estimation). In his statement on the grand jury's decision he said these inaccurate witnesses accounts were debunked (from my understanding, these people were cross-examined and challenged in front of the grand jury) leading to the grand jury to decline an indictment. At any rate, I'd be curious to know if Witness 40's account was debunked or challenged in front of the grand jury or if her account played a part in the reason to not indict. The answer to that is what will pour gasoline on the fire.

"Witness 40": Exposing A Fraud In Ferguson | The Smoking Gun Made it up. Was never there. Another reason that it should have gone to trial. She would have never testified.
December 17, 201411 yr Has there ever been a complete list of witness testimony released? It would be interesting to read to see what was before the Grand Jury.
December 17, 201411 yr I believe she was challenged. I can't find the transcript of her testimony, do you have a link? For the record I'm not trying to be annoying or snide. I really can't find a transcript and the article glosses over how her testimony was handled.

Found this, going to take some time to read through everything but looks interesting. http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2014/11/25/us/evidence-released-in-michael-brown-case.html
December 17, 201411 yr Read it. That freaking lady is whack-a-do for sure. And, this might be wrong to say, but did anyone else look at her pic and automatically think something ain't right about her? I know I did.
