What is some thoughts on this region next year.

Look for Ashland, Rose Hill, Russell, and Elliott to probably be the class of the 16th next season.

Hard to disagree with that assessment. Russell has to be the early favorite in that they lose almost noone from the Regional championship team.

I don't see Ashland being that good next year. What makes you think they will be better than this season??? Looks like Russell followed by Elliott and then Rose Hill, look for Morgan to be strong again even though they lose McCowan.

Morgan Co. will be athletic and should be another solid shooting team. Look for them to be young but talented. With next year's experience gained, Cougars future looks good. Top 5 preseason in 2006? Would be unfair to place them there on potential. Plus, some kids which are talented have to prove themselves first, They should begin season in the 2nd teir of teams and depending on how they play will dictate an up or down movement.

How many deep can morgan county go next year. Who are the players that are going to play some.

I dont see how you people rate Morgan and Rowan ahead of Ashland who returns 3 of their very best players. What have they done to show their better.

One of the reasons that Ashland could be that they have Thomas, McDavid, and Wilcox back. I think that Bonner can fill the spot that Williams had at C and Rose and Salyer will be valuable to the team as well.

I agree with you king, Ashland will definitley be one of the top if not the top team next year. Ashland beat Russell the last game of the reg. season and also beat Elliot during the reg. season. They also beat Rose Hill in the first game of the district, so Ashland was better than all of the top teams at the end of the seaon and they all have basically the same people back.
