X scored a FG with about a minute to play, T recovered the onsides kick. Looks like the Rocks will travel to Meade County; they're up big late.

Tough game......couldn't get much going....X gave us the ball a couple of times early, and I thought we'd pull away.....such a solid X team... shame there had to be a loser.

Yes, Meade does have a grass field....Just wanted to get on here to tell Trinity good luck next week...I attended and graduated from Meade, so I will be rooting for my Greenwaves....

Not discrediting the d at all, but was it more of an unreal rocks d or anemic X offense(sigh; time and time again). Or a bit of both?.. Sad for the X defense when they play great all night and can't get any help from the offense.

To answer your question, I think it was more of Trinity's defense. Trinity has been playing very tough in the box for a few games now. X's longest run, as I recall, was on a reverse. X got virtually nothing up the gut. I like the way Trinity's defense has been playing now that they are healthy again.
