Really? Wow. Actually what this tells me is to obey a lawful order and don't try and flea and if you do flea don't hit a cop with your car and if you do hit a cop with your car don't speed up after he is laying on the hood of your car. Oh yea, and don't drive intoxicated. All of those things is what led to her being shot, but lets not let facts get in the way of a good story...I like your solution to just shoot anyone who drives a car in your general direction.

I don't think that's the precedent set here. I think the precedent set is that if a law enforcement offers asks you to stop, you stop. If you do not, and there is sufficient cause to believe you may harm the officer or innocent lives in your path, you are at risk and can be shot.
November 7, 201411 yr Author Toxicology report released. Samantha Ramsey was 6 times over the legal limit as she was drunk and also had marijuana in her system.
