Simon Kenton we all know SK would put a running clock on Highlands.

 

Between Highlands and Simon Kenton only one team knows how to play four quarters and finish the game!

 

If SK was 4A they would have won it every year since 08. I said it before we play with the big boys in 6A.

 

It is funny how everyone says comparing teams this and that but when I bring up SK beat Collins last year and Highlands couldn't. Ouch!

Maybe SK should schedule CC. SK has beat Collins 2 years in a row Highlands can't do that. Anything Highlands can do SK can do better.

I think HHS is #1 but that excuse is always one of the dumbest things some say. It's like me saying, until Highlands beats Cooper, Cooper is better.

Using your logic, Team A, with a 1-25 record against Team B could NEVER be ranked ahead of Team B no matter how good Team A is PERCEIVED to be.

This reminds me of 2010 with Ryle and HHS.

SK wasn't the only school that wouldn't play highlands with Mueller there. Nobody else was jumping to get on that schedule. Now he's gone, we'll see how the schedule shapes up.

Marksberry ducked HHS while Dale was there, now he laughingly has courage.

I could really get you here, but I'll keep it to myself cause I don't need the other SK fans on my tail. I know, hasn't stopped me before, but I'm TRYING to ease up a little on SK. Many others have chimed in and I don't need to carry the flag anymore! I've turned over a new leaf!...at least today.

Prior to seeing Simon Kenton play, I had a suspicion that UKfan was drastically overstating their dominance. After seeing them play, that suspicion was exceedingly proven to be true. Aside from maybe a hand full of players, they are small and undisciplined. I honestly think my freshman team had more players over 6'. I saw a team that had one "decent" receiver, a very average running back that was small and had average, to maybe slightly above average, speed and an offensive line that looked downright uncoordinated. If SK is #1 in NKY, I think that is more representative of the weak state of NKY football at the moment, however, unless you are completely insane there is no way you can justify SK being #1 in NKY.
