"The truth is somewhere in the middle" applies here... If the victim shot at the police officer, then he had it coming, unfortunately.

 

If he didn't, this is a completely different story.

 

I'd like to think that an officer wouldn't shoot at somebody 17 times that didn't have a gun.

Here's a tip. Don't rob stores, don't charge at police officers, and surely don't shoot at them. Regardless of race, that would help.

One "Eye Witness" account said he was firing on an unarmed crowd...so there's that!

The police have the gun. A simple ballistics test and it's an open and shut case. For the police story not to be true it would be a whole other level of corruption, which I don't see this isn't the movies .

Agreed. If they have the evidence they say they do, it would be hard to fabricate this.

It doesnt matter what the ballistics say, there are certain people who will never believe it and will only add fuel to the already burning fire.

 

On a side note, has the FBI released any info about the Brown case.
