Revis is the best CB in the league, and that is my point. AJ still had 81 yards. I'd be really interested in what the wr's Revis covers avg a game. I bet AJ had one of the best out of the other WR's Revis covers.

6 QBs were drafted ahead of Brady. They combined for about 44k passing yards in their career. 3 of them combined for a grand total of 654 in their career.

I will admit that I was 100 percent wrong about this game and it sucks.

 

Well, everyone here is looking at it from the perspective of how poorly the Bengals played. This was a lot more to do with the Patriots. This game was a prime example of how Vegas steals people's money. Bengals look good through 3 weeks, Pats have a poor prime time outing and everybody thinks the game is a layup. I seldom predict games, but that was one of the easier predictions in knowing New England would win this one. Maybe not in that fashion, but I had little, to no doubt Cincy would lose.

It was an ok game. The TD came with the game in New England's control and it was not on Revis. I saw that he had 4 catches for 64 yards while Revis was covering him, plus the forced fumble. But yes, that would be considered a good game against Revis... at least 4 year ago Revis. He is probably not where he was, but is still close to it. A beast. I thought Collinsworth showed perfectly on the INT that was called back due to penalty how Revis cuts off space so well.

It sure did, it hurt bad, but it also was not the turning point of the game. Their were so many other problems last night that AJ's fumble had absolutely 0 to do with the outcome of the game.

I was concerned with how much trouble the Bengals had with the play clock. I know they practiced with crowd noise, because all last week I heard them practicing in PBS when I got off work and walked to my car. They had crowd noise going over the speakers, but it probably still did not compare to live crowd noise at Gillette.

It's early fellas. That's what one bad game can do to you. Bengals now ranked 27th in total team defense.

With Jones and Eifert out, this is not a team built to play from behind. They are easy to defend if you have a corner that keeps AJ in check and that was on full display last night...

Boston media was up Bradys back side worse than a proctologist last week questioning whether or not he still was a capable of leading this team and competing in the NFL. Thanks for poking the bear NE critics. Brady and HC were happy to accommodate last night and the Bengals provided the stage!

 

Will be interesting to see how the Bengals answer against Carolina this week! Not ready to win a playoff game at this point evident from last night...have 12 weeks to prep!

The only thing that surprises me was how many people on here actually thought the Bengals would win this one. You folks knew better. You predicted from the heart but deep down you knew better. The Bengals were beaten before the game began. Brady knew that game was his.

I agree with that and agree with what you said in the other post. I worded my reply wrong, i was more referring to the others who were putting blame on AJ when the entire team cost this game, including especially the coaching staff.
