October 7, 201411 yr I'll give them the field rush on this first big win. UK fans have deserved a field rush after the Joker Phillips' debacle.
October 7, 201411 yr and you never know -- The Duck Dynasty is from Monroe, LA and should Phil, Jase, Willie and uncle Si show up and play....we're in trouble. :scared: It should be a camo theme for the game....
October 7, 201411 yr The talent gap is closing, but lets be real, the SEC is not what it has been. Well not the SEC East anyway. Apparently all that talent and good coaching has migrated from Florida and South Carolina to Mississippi. It's looking like at least five of the seven teams in the West would be unquestionable shoo-ins to the conference championship were they in the East this year.
October 7, 201411 yr The talent gap is closing, but lets be real, the SEC is not what it has been.Agreed. A lot of the perennial SEC powers are down this year, but Ole Miss and Mississippi State seem to be better than usual.
October 7, 201411 yr The SEC will still get one and probably two teams in the final four. I'm not sure I would call that a down year. LSU is down and Alabama lost...but Ole Miss and MSU are much better. Kentucky is much better.

Just to prevent complaining, I could see going to extreme lengths to prevent a conference getting two in the final four.
October 7, 201411 yr Haven't read all 11 pages, but... 1. In an alternate universe they win the 3OT game in the Swamp and could be 6-0 after this weekend. 2. A shame so many top 10 teams lost; not as much ESPN love for the 'Cats win!
October 7, 201411 yr I can't figure out which one I like better, this game or the win over South Carolina in 2010. Both were amazing. I've only attended 2 UK games since 1979. The game Saturday night and that one mentioned above. It's cold on that upper concourse. Nothing to block the wind. After visiting every team store and kiosk in CWS, and missing all of the pregame festivities, I got the last blanket available at the big store on the North side of the stadium for Mrs. S. She had one to cover the front, but the wind was coming from behind us. Burr. We're bringing more cloths for the Mississippi State game. Thank God for the shuttle from the handicap parking to the stadium. Mrs. S had forgotten her key to her scooter. She would have never made it to the stadium walking.
