September 22, 201411 yr What makes people think they are entitled to make a scene like that without consequences? Law of Physics----For every action there is a reaction.
September 22, 201411 yr Nobody buy her pot, mkay?! Unfortunately, this is exactly the kind of action that stoners would embrace.
September 22, 201411 yr Unfortunately, this is exactly the kind of action that stoners would embrace. Yep. That was a calculated move by her, IMO, to draw attention to her new endeavor.
September 22, 201411 yr Dude, she was high as a kite! All I was saying is she better enjoy her new "career path", because there's no going back! Of course, given what that new path entails...something tells me she probably will enjoy it. :lol2:
September 23, 201411 yr Two comments: 1. That was quite awesome!! 2. I can't count how many times I've wanted to say the EXACT same thing at the end of an audit presentation to a city council or board of directors...
September 23, 201411 yr Man, kind of surprised so many took offense to it. We're talking about Alaska...that means only about 4 people saw it live. Also she will have zero problem making a killing in her new profession. Again, it's Alaska, there's nothing to do but get drunk or high and shot stuff.
September 23, 201411 yr Just listen to the part at 15 and 16 seconds....that could make an interesting ring tone. Yes, its the explicit punchline in her resignation but it is delivered so well and calm.
September 23, 201411 yr I'll clarify...it didn't offend me at all. I just think you bring yourself down a level when you throw the curse word in there. If she wanted the negative attention, or wanted to make a scene, that's her perogative. I don't agree with it. But she took it from, what I'd consider, a pointed and tactful punch to support her cause, to a classless and immature outburst from a young brat who feels she's entitled to disrespect viewers and coworkers for her own purpose. I don't like it. I just think your vocab must be pretty limited if your point has to include the F bomb. Also, the anchor's reaction was really priceless.

Apparently, you are not far off from thinking she is an immature brat... Alaskan Weed Reporter -- She 'Terrorized' & Smoked Out My Kid ... Neighbor Claims in Court | TMZ.com Charlo Greene -- the Alaskan reporter who quit her job to fight for legalized weed -- allegedly smoked so much pot at home ... her next door neighbor's kid got violently ill ... and now they're warring in court. Tyler Gilbrech tells TMZ ... Charlo and her boyfriend moved into the apartment above his in June, and claims she immediately started stinking up the place with so much reefer ... his 4-yr-old daughter became violently sick from the fumes seeping through the walls. Tyler says he ratted Charlo out to the building manager, and that's when things got ugly. According to court docs ... Charlo harassed and threatened Tyler several times -- telling him to "watch his back." Tyler filed for, and got, a temporary restraining order against Charlo 2 weeks ago. She's since moved out of the building, and has to stay at least 20 ft. away from Tyler and his family. A court hearing is scheduled for later this month. Charlo claims Tyler is the one harassing her by hurling racial slurs (he denies that) -- and says she wanted to file a restraining order of her own, but was too busy because she has a job. Well ... HAD a job.
