Now that you mention it, I find that strange too.

Or maybe she has written her off as gone and there isn't any sense to dwell on it.

I don't understand why Maggie and Glenn split from original group to go to DC?

I think Beth will be with Daryl but I don't think Carol will be with them. She didn't want to rejoin the group anyway.

The Church scene was pretty awesome. Rick Grimes has become a very interesting, very Shane like character.

I too think he has both Carol and Beth with him. I was thinking the hospital teaser for next week was a flash back, but now I think they follow the car to the hospital, find Beth, kick some butt and bring her back to the camp. Great point thinking she may be a little drugged up or brainwashed.
