I think the comics will go on for many, many years.

 

Television shows can't go that long, so there will be an end. I just don't think the end is in the near future, especially with the spin-off show coming next year.

 

I look for the show to end with some semblance of order being established in society, thanks in large part to Rick & the group he leads. Rick will pass the torch to Carl, perhaps in death, and that's how it will end.

 

I don't care what happens to Rick and I kind of hope Carl dies, but they better let Daryl Dixon live.
