Maile was a good coach but the program was already headed in right direction. Alison M had that program up and coming.

No way you can say they messed up last year by hiring Maile. He was awesome, even if it was for one season. Every girl that played for him last year is better off after that experience.

If you are looking for a coach 12 months after your last hire and you are being turned down by multiple people you didn't make a good hire. Don't care how well Maile did in that 1 year.
