Just go to last years regional semifinals game for one. A lot more coaching going on than the coaching staff!!! Hard to coach kids when they are being coached from the stands!!

Congratulations to these girls. My question is. Why do they pick girls from teams that only play one game. Doesn't the all tournament team go to the best players in the tournament? These teams that played one game and lost there is no way any of these girls played better than McClendon did from Holy Cross. Imo she should have won mvp. She didn't even make all tournament team. It's my understanding that the coaches vote for there own players right? No disrespect to any of the kids that made it.

Nope. McClendon should have been on the all tournament team. She plays just about evey minute. She is the most valuable player on there team. Ally mayhaus doesn't make it either. Wonder if this had anything to do with him not starting her on her senior night hmmm....

Doesn't Hc coach vote for his own players. Wow doesn't seem like he has much respect for her. She also didn't make District all tournament team..Hmm. Imo she is the mvp of that team. The ball is in her hands 85% of the time and she does it all....

You can discuss what you want. The facts are HC cancelled a game due to illness. If they were so sick cancel school and don't have a team dinner at a coaches house on the night of the game. Seems to me that the ad/coach are not teaching these kids how to handle adversity very well. Develope your younger kids...

I think all teams should cancel aginst holy cross the reat of the year. A disgrace to high school girls basketball. Injury or sickness you still have enough kids to play. The ad/ coach should be investigated on this matter. The kids were at the coaches house for dinner on friday night if they were sick why were they all togather. If they were injured, they have enough kids to still play. Cancel the jv game. What a complete shame..

Please tell me that they did not have a team dinner but cancelled a game because of players being sick. If so they should be suspended or some kind of discipline action should take place. This is my opinion.
