I thought the rule was that these were all supposed to be Kentucky high school kids? Am I wrong about that?

Nope. Teams are allowed either 2 or 3 (not sure but I think 3) players from bordering states.

Evan Hall was a beast today against Hoop Dreams and Retros. They had no answer for him in either game, plus he was cramping in the championship game. Very impressed with The Ville after this weekend!

I think with his play we have to begin to consider him in the mix for the best player in the state.

Evan Hall stood out to me this weekend. He was simply unstoppable.

Evan Hall is a beast. Simple as that!!! Can't guard him one on one. Definitely one of the top players in the state. Trying not to be biased but there's not a better guard or scorer in any clasS then Hagen Tyler.

I agree with both things

LOL, I believe you have mentioned that once before

Who was that?

Mitch Bolin. Has the potential to be a contributing factor, especially around the rim. Contests a lot of shots in the middle for the Bulldogs. Helps against teams like the Retros, who are athletic and can get to the rim, and against Hall and Parker of The Ville. Also, against big Justin Miller and the slashing guards of Hoop Dreams Black. Nonetheless, they played. Took their lumps, while being in every game, but still lost. Didn't blame it on him not being there. Kids still played pretty tough all weekend long.

Hagen Tyler seems to put up big scoring numbers every time I see a stat line. He seems to really be able to score the ball. What were his contributions in the game against The Ville in the loss?? Were they able to contain him?

With some bias here, but not really. DeOndre Jackson is one of the truly underrated players in 2015. He scored 19, 20, 23, 12. Only 12 points is rare for him, but in that game, 2 of his other teammates got off (Stanley/Schreck).

Tyler didn't score a lot of points against The Ville but whole team seemed out of sorts to me. Credit goes to The Ville. They've been playing together for a while and they dominated the paint with Hall and Parker.

I was very impressed by Parker. Has a solid jumper, and can really get off the floor quickly. The Ville is a well-oiled machine at this point.

The Ville dismantled both Hoop Dreams and KY Retros. Hall and Parker dominated on both ends.

Had heard of him but not seen him before this weekend. When I first saw him, honestly, he just didn't look the part. But the kid can play. Smooooth.
